Me-Time to Fight Stress

People’s common goal is to attain unconditional happiness.
There are some who could identify what makes them happy while others do not feel contented towards every achievement they get. This does not mainly focus on people’s wants but what they wanted to be.

One of the sources of this feeling is having someone to love and hold. People see marriage as the solution to have everlasting happiness and love. Unfortunately, they end up crying since situation changes once reality starts its move into giving some shake on their marriage. Frustration and stress will start to build up and you end up seeing yourself telling your spouse that you can’t do it anymore.

As individual, depending happiness on people, events, career and things will not give you peace of mind. You will often seek for more and will never feel fulfilled.
The more you seek for it, the more you will feel stressed and depressed. There are people who never stop involving into new relationship once the old one ended. They do this without giving themselves a break. It’s true that people are made uniquely. They think and act differently. But do you know that giving yourself a break or time alone will definitely make you happy and eventually fight signs of stress.

This does not mean that you must isolate yourself from others or you should feel nothing once good things come along. This only emphasizes that having some Me-Time or time alone will give different type of fulfillment and joy.
For some this thought can be a crazy, especially to those who suffers great towards this situation. You must understand that being alone does not imply that you’re lonely but giving yourself some time to think and identify unconditional joy and love that cannot be found from others. For you to be able to give unconditional love to others, you need to possess the same love as well. In fact, the best way to help the people you care about is to help yourself first.

 

Having some time alone will definitely give your mind ease, peace and relaxation

Me-Time does mainly aid in achieving happiness from within but fighting negative feeling like stress as well. Stress can affect mental and physical well-being of human being. Recurrent psychological and physical stress can take away self esteem, lessen academic and interpersonal effectiveness that creates self doubts and self blame.
This affects every individual differently and it’s important that you learn how to be aware about it. Having some time alone will definitely give your mind ease, peace and relaxation. You could able to assess things that happen in your life. This is the time for you to develop self awareness and care for yourself.Never set aside me-time since this will help you cope up with life’s challenges. Having time alone gives you balanced thinking and life’s perspective. You can do this on a weekly basis or scheduled vacation. To be sure to not miss it, plan it as a meeting or compromise you already have.

Remember that me-time is designed for you to gain more self respect, love and joy, and not isolation from people whom you love and care about.

There’s nothing wrong to be alone for sometime rather than having somebody who will not understand and love you. If you become a better person, you will attract more positive things in life. Use me-time accurately to do be all about you. You can practice your favorite sport, read a book, take a bath practicing mindfulness without thinking about the world around you, or just watch at the sky . Any activity will do as long you enjoy every moment.
